At Royal Tent & Decors, we strive to provide the best experience for your special event. Please read our refund policy carefully:
1. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the event may receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
2. Weather Conditions
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. In the case of extreme weather, we may offer rescheduling options or partial refunds at our discretion.
3. Custom Orders
Custom or special orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
